Yoga Class description:

In this class, we'll move with focus and intention during each pose so our body is able to absorb, calibrate and integrate the information it's being sent through the postures. Beginning at a slower pace, we will soon move into a strong flow, then finish off our practice in sweet, restorative bliss. Come prepared with confidence knowing there will be modifications to postures to accommodate all levels, as well, be especially prepared to laugh, let go, sigh it out and allow your breath to be the boss. Yoga isn't meant to be serious! You will leave feeling like you just had a scrumptious dream (or piece of cake or pic or smooch or massage - whatever you prefer)!

About Kristin

Passionate about all things that involve movement, you can find Kristin all over town. From swinging kettlebells, teaching spin and hiking mountains to playing beach volleyball at Kits beach and shakin' it up on the dance floor. Yup, lots of movement for Kristin's boundless energy has been great, however a few years ago she found herself "broken" and "stiff" and many more areas than her body should feel, so she turned to yoga as a way to find "balance" and stretch it out. What she didn't know was that yoga would not only stretch out her body but also stretch out her mind to a new level of overall peace and contentment that she'd yet to experience. Yoga helped her cope and come out positively through several difficult life experiences, and it still continues to today.
